At Eco by Sonya, we want you to love your organic glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of receipt for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original packaging; for hygiene reasons, products must be at least 50% full and handled with care.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
